Why Art Rental?
Art rental allows you to have professional art adorn your workplace or office walls without having to invest large amounts of money for the art up front, and it is fully TAX DEDUCTIBLE!
It also allows you to change the artwork on a regular basis, keeping it fresh for your customers and clients.
We also offer rent to own options as well or you can purchase outright.
Rental
How it works
Select from available pieces, rent on a subscription and get a receipt you can deduct against your taxes.
Pricing
Minimum of 3 paintings, any size, for a term of 3 months. $15.00 per piece up to 8 paintings. At the end of 3 months you can renew the rental agreement, replace with different artwork, or rent to own, applying the rental fee to the price of the artwork. If you sell artwork while up in your business, you receive 20% commission. Purchased or rented art, over $200.00 is fully tax deductible.
Giving Back
How renting gives back
10% of your rental fee is donated towards local initiatives. A charity of your choice, or to Roxi’s choice The Kamloops Women’s Centre.
Rent to Own
How it works Rent to own
If you want to own it, but would like to rent to own, you can do that! We will work up a payment plan based on the total cost of the painting over a period of time. Once it’s paid off, it’s yours. You can also opt to pay it out at any time. Paintings are priced to size. Acrylic on canvas, wired to hang, painted edges. you can provide the hangers or I can use Command hooks that do not damage the wall.
